Personal History		Heather Lynn Devroe was born in 2353 to Devon and Elizabeth Devroe on the planet Betazed. Her Father taught Political Science at a nearby University and her Mother trained other women in using their natural powers. Devon was a firm believer that a women could be both strong and physically fit as well as intelligent. To that end he began training Heather, at a young age, in the disciplines of various Martial Arts. A routine that she still believes in and practices to this day. Elizabeth trained Heather in the ways of the Betaziod women. Not only teaching her how to read people but also how to block other's feeling and emotions, either by desire or circumstance, which had driven some women to madness. In 2355 Jennifer, her sister, was born to the family and received the same training. In 2371 Heather was accepted to the Starfleet Academy and enrolled in a Science Discipline. In 2375 Heather graduated in the top ten percent of her class and was shortly thereafter assigned to the USS Saratoga as a Science Officer.
Service Record		2371-2375: Attended Starfleet Academy 2375-2383: Assigned to the USS Saratoga as a Science Officer 2383-2385: Promoted to an Assistant Chief Science Officer with the rank of Ensign. 2385: Transferred to the USS Independence with the same title and rank.
