Pub Time Part 2

Jamie woke up the next morning in bed and quickly noticed 'that he was as naked as a Jaybird'. He got up and sat on the edge of the bed expecting to have one heck of a hangover, considering the amount of Ale that he had consumed last night; but to his amazement he felt well rested and alert. He proceeded to shower and then got dressed. He noticed that something was missing on his uniform. " Bloody hell women! " Jamie shouted out loud as he saw that his Comm Badge was missing. "What could she possibly want with my Comm Badge" he thought. Even worse how was he going the explain how he lost it to the ship's Quartermaster. How embarrassing. Well he'd just have to find Kira and get it back.

Jamie proceeded to go downstairs to the bar to get some information. When he got to the bar he was greeted by the Barkeep.

"Good Morning Starfleet what can I get you this morning" was his inquiry.

"Coffee with cream and sugar if you please and some information" was Jamie's answer.

"Here is your coffee and what kind of information do you need" the Barkeep asked.

After sipping his coffee he answered"I was with a purple haired, gorgeous women last night by the name of Kira. Would you happen to know where I might find her as she accidentally walked off with something of mine."

The Barkeep just stood there for a few moments with his mouth open, then said" Wow, she must have really liked you for you to be still alive."

"What do you mean" was Jamie's reply showing the surprise in his voice.

"You don't know what she is do you?" was his question and before Jamie could reply "Kira is Megaas, which loosely translated means 'widow maker'. After she spends the night with a man the only trace of him is his clothes which are neatly folded and placed on the corner of the bed; never to be heard from again."

Jamie felt a lump in his throat and swallowed hard asking "Well do you know where I might find her?'

"Try Docking Bay #35, that's normally where she docks".

"Thanks for the coffee and information. What do I owe you" Jamie asked.

"Considering how lucky you are to still be alive; it's on the house. Good luck with your search" was the Barkeep's final words.

Jamie nodded and turned to make his way to the door. "Well I guess that there is something to be said for 'the luck of the Irish'" he thought to himself as he made his way to the Docking Bay.
